SCP Consultants Pte Ltd was commissioned to prepare conceptual plan for Sino-Italian Industrial Park in Hai’an Development Zone by Hai’an Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee on 28th January 2022.

The project site possesses good transportation and locational advantages. It is located in the southwest of Haian Economic and Technological Development Zone, south of Hai’an City, proximity to Tongyu Expressway in the east, and 2km away from Qiyang Expressway Hai’an South Toll Station in the south. 

The plan is to seize the development opportunities of Sino-Italian cooperation and industrial foundation of Hai’an, to plan a set of new models, new paths, and new ideas suitable for the development of Sino-Italian industrial park with consideration of the functional positioning, industrial system and spatial layout. 

The project area is about 2.38 sqkm, and the project is expected to be completed by the end of May 2022.
